• Theresa brings a nuanced understanding of the multiple and competing challenges that leaders face as they juggle leadership and management responsibilities, shifting business landscapes, organizational growth, and their own development. She is an experienced leader and executive coach with 25 years of government service and deep experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations collaborate across boundaries, navigate complexity, manage tough challenges, and deliver exceptional results.
• Known for her commitment to developing others while achieving mission, Theresa's ability to enhance efficiencies and improve results led to high-performing, high-morale groups who consistently outperformed expectations and exceeded objectives.  Her background includes managing complex, cross-sector, and international teams, facilitating collaborative groups, and expertise in adult education—tools which uniquely equip her to help leaders at all levels navigate personal and professional challenges, foster resilience, and drive individual and organizational success.
• As Vice President for Coaching Services at Mångata, she designs and delivers leadership development, coaching, and executive learning experiences that strengthen communication, decision-making, goal-setting, and implementation to create efficiencies and expand capacity. Theresa also serves as an adjunct professor at The Catholic University of America, teaching graduate and undergraduate students in the Department of Politics at the College of Arts & Sciences. She is an in-demand speaker, delivering tailored keynotes and presentations to professional associations and groups. • Theresa's unique combination of enterprise-level leadership, managing complex cross-sector and international teams, and designing and delivering adult education enables her to connect individual development with broader organizational needs while helping clients realize their potential and achieve meaningful results. 
• She has coached approximately 100 clients across the full leadership spectrum—from emerging leaders and first-time managers to experienced senior executives. Her clients have included federal government officials, public education administrators, private-sector managers, and small-business owners. This breadth of experience enables her to adapt her approach to each client’s career stage, organizational environment, responsibilities, and aspirations while creating a trusted space for reflection, insight, accountability, and meaningful action.
• Theresa partners with clients on a wide range of leadership, career, and personal-development priorities. Her coaching has helped individuals clarify professional and personal goals, strengthen leadership presence and effectiveness, improve communication and decision-making, navigate conflict and organizational change, build resilience, and increase confidence in complex and high-stakes situations. She also supports clients through pivotal transitions—including promotions, new leadership roles, career changes, expanded responsibilities, and retirement—and helps them translate insight into practical strategies and sustained progress.
• Theresa holds the International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. She trained as an individual coach through George Mason University's Leadership Coaching for Organizational Wellbeing program, as a team coach through Team Coaching International, and as a strengths coach through Gallup. Additionally, she is certified by OKA to coach and train leaders in emotional intelligence, navigating change, enabling group creativity, and improving teamwork.
