As Chief of an enterprise-level group in the federal government, Theresa led a unit that provided world-class training and educational experiences to leaders at all levels. She oversaw dozens of courses, delivering thousands of training hours annually via in-person, online, and blended formats to a global audience. These courses positioned participants to lead and manage complex initiatives, projects, programs, and teams to achieve critical national security missions.
INSTRUCTIONAL DEPTH
Theresa managed and developed leadership, instructional, and programmatic skills in a rotational workforce of staff and contractors. She is also a skilled instructional designer, teacher, and facilitator, with more than 450 classroom hours. She has crafted and delivered single and multi-day training solutions for a range of expertise levels and in multiple languages, from foundational to "train-the-trainer" experiences incorporating best practices in adult education.
